Streets in City of Cape Canaveral are named for U.S. Presidents, in the order they served. Knowing a little U.S. history will help you get around here. Cherie Down Park Oceanfront Ridgewood Ave. to Washington Ave.
The park offers parking, showers, restrooms and boardwalks across the dunes. It attracts many local and out of town visitors on the weekends and holidays.
Ocean Front Homes
A half dozen single family homes and duplexes are situated along Presidential Court, an unpaved street between Washington Ave. and Adams Ave.
Short term rentals in residentual neighborhoods is restricted in Cape Canaveral and Brevard County.

The tallest building in Cape Canaveral have great ocean views from all the units above 3rd floor. When the city does not keep the dune line cut around the boardwalks, the views from some of the lower floors facing South are interupted.

Great pool, putting green, weekly rentals, on site rental service. laundies on every floor, locked elevator, covered parking. This building is a little older but has most of the handful of 3 bedroom short term rentals on our beach. Investors chase these.
