NO MANS LAND - Cape Canaveral City Limit to Cocoa Beach Pier

 If it isn't Cape Canaveral and it isn't Cocoa Beach, it must be No Mans Land!  That is the name local residents have given the unincorperated area on the ocean side of N. Atlantic Ave between Grant Ave. and Barlow St.  Occasionally one of the cities attempts to annex the area. Up until  now, the No Mans Land residents have voted that down to keep from paying city property tax. Included in our No Mans' Land section, at the end, are a handful of buildings thaat are actually in the City of Cocoa Beach, mostly hotels and timeahares.
